If you are a NEW patient: Please choose an appointment marked NEW PATIENT (i.e. a Free Initial Consultation, or Initial Intake).

Follow-up appointments can be with any Hillgreen practitioner: You can book follow-ups with ANY practitioner and ANY location of your choosing, without doing another Initial Intake appointment.

If you’d like to work with Pauline: Book your initial consultation with her virtually (on the Warkworth location calendar). If you live in the Greater Toronto Area and need acupuncture, your treatment plan may involve virtual herbal follow-ups with Pauline, and acupuncture appointments with a colleague at Midtown/Vaughan as needed.

For virtual Free Initial Consultations or other Phone/Online appointments: You may look under ANY location calendar (as the appointment is virtual).

To change appointments: Cancellations and changes must be made 24 hours or more before your appointment to avoid being charged. Log into your patient account to make or change bookings on the online calendar. By phone, call 416-890-7770 and follow the prompts. Sorry we do not change appointments by text.
